For our Capstone project, my teammates and I designed and built a prototype for our Robo-Automated Drum. Using an Arduino board connected to hydraulics within a 3D-printed casing, the RAD can be attached to any snare drum to play the music of the user's choice. It provides the user musical companion so they can jam on their instrument to the drum beat of their choosing. So easy, any beginner can use it with 0 engineering or musical experience.
