Productivity with Positivity

Project Engineer. Project Manager. Filmmaker.

I came to the United States from Egypt in 2012 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Since then, I have accumulated an extremely diverse amount of experience and portfolio. I found comfort in always pushing myself to new heights; learning skills I never thought I would learn, and completing jobs most would dream of having. I am very grateful for these past nine years and I intend on making them the first chapter of my career.

Some of the roles/projects I had the privilege of being a part of include Project Engineer for the Transformers brand, where I was entrusted as the primary engineer on items on various toy-lines, including War for Cybertron: Kingdom, which has recently been adapted into a third season of the critically-acclaimed Netflix animated series of the same name. Along with my peers, I designed and built a prototype of the Robo-Automated Drum for my Capstone Project. The RAD is a self-playing drum kit which any user can play music on, regardless of skill level.

In 2019, I chose to pursue a Masters Degree in Engineering Management at Northeastern University in order to evolve the soft skills I learned while at The Leon Group. I am proud to have taken this path, which I believe adds a level of balance to the already well-experienced technical knowledge I have gained over the years. I earned my MSEM in August 2021 with a cumulative GPA of 3.9 and an additional Certificate in Engineering Economic Decision Making.

In my spare time, I enjoy working on narrative short films and volunteering with independent studios on production work.
